Fill the onboarding form

Every answer goes somewhere: your offer and your buyer into the strategy, your proof into the scripts, how you look and sound into the brand guide. Skip a question and someone has to ask you later, which costs days.

Slack invite and your folder

  • Accept the Slack invite from your inbox. Slack is where we talk from now on. The Drive folder for footage and proof is in the same email.
Within 72 hours

Strategy and brand draft

  • Positioning, the first ideas with thumbnail mockups, the look of your videos and the timeline to your first upload, built from your form, your audit and the sales call.
Your call

Approve, lock dates, connect tracking

  • 30 minutes. You approve the ideas, we set your recording day, and we install the tracking live. Everything confirmed is locked.
Call + 48 hours

Guides and first scripts

  • Your editing guide, brand guide and timeline page, then the first scripts and the recording guide, one message at a time.
Day 4

Recording day. This one is fixed.

  • You record on day 4, not later: two produced videos and one raw from the scripts, plus the 20-minute thumbnail photo session. Footage uploaded the same day. Every day the recording slips, the first video slips with it.
Day 5 to 9

Edit, thumbnails, your review

  • We cut, design the thumbnails and send the first edit for review. You have one business day and one round of changes; the publish date depends on it.
Day 10

First video liveLIVE

  • The win we agreed on the call, published by us. It only holds if day 4 was recorded and reviews came back on time. From here the next batch is already in concept.

Before you ask in Slack.

Scripts we write, from ideas you approved. Each one comes with a recording brief: the hook word for word, the beats, and what proof to have on screen. Two produced videos and one raw per session is the pace.

Around 90 minutes for three videos once you're warmed up. The first session takes longer; our creative director reviews that footage before editing starts and sends notes the same day.

Our scriptwriter, from your voice, your proof and the strategy. You review each script within 24 hours; a comment in the doc is enough. Approved means locked, so we don't reopen a script after you record it.

Tell us in Slack and we move the dates on the same day. The day-10 guarantee moves with the first missed window; it doesn't disappear.

Edits and thumbnails arrive in Slack with a link. You have one business day and one round of changes. Silence past the window means we go with our pick and tell you.

A small script on your site and a connection to Stripe and YouTube, so every sale is tied back to the video that started it. We install it with you on the call; that's why we ask for DNS, Stripe and YouTube access first.
