The role

What you'll actually do.

Viral Bangers is a done-for-you YouTube agency. We handle production end to end for creators and brands: scripts, editing, thumbnails and publishing. The team is lean and fully remote, and our systems are tight. This role doesn't manage people and doesn't talk to clients. It makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

Keep every ClickUp task accurate: status, due date, assignee and production stage.
Track each video from script to delivery and flag anything at risk before it becomes a missed deadline.
Make sure scripts, thumbnails, rough cuts and final exports move to the right person at the right time.
Check that editors, scriptwriters and designers have their footage, briefs and notes before they need them.
Download, rename and organize files in Google Drive following our naming rules.
Turn feedback from Frame.io and Slack into clear tasks in ClickUp.
Confirm final files are complete, named correctly and in the right place before they go out.
Use Claude, agents and automation to summarize, draft internal messages and speed up operations.
Update weekly production numbers: videos delivered, turnaround times and revision rounds.
Follow our SOPs in Notion and flag any step that's outdated or unclear.

Requirements

What you need to have.

Clear, professional written English. Spanish is a plus.
Experience coordinating tasks, projects or production, in any industry.
Comfort with ClickUp, Slack, Frame.io, Google Drive and Notion, or the ability to learn them fast.
Daily use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
A reliable computer and a stable internet connection.

What we look for

Ownership. If the Head of Operations doesn't have to worry about it, you already handled it.
You flag problems early: anything blocked, at risk or unclear.
A high bar for your own work.
You learn a system once and don't need it repeated.
High energy. You don't do the minimum and sign off.

Pay and conditions

How you're paid.

$700 a month, full-time.

You start with a 7-day paid trial ($175) working real tasks with our Head of Operations.

If it's a fit, you continue straight into the full-time role. The trial is paid in full either way.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. Saturday light and flexible. Sundays off.

Overtime and extra days are paid separately when agreed in advance.
