The role

What you'll actually do.

Viral Bangers is a done-for-you YouTube agency for experts and personal brands who sell high-ticket offers. We plan, script, edit and publish long-form videos, and turn them into short-form content. The team is small, fully remote and works to a high bar. Our clients are mostly in trading and finance, and we repurpose their long-form videos and live streams into short-form clips. This role is about judgment first: every clip needs a reason to exist.

Responsibilities

  • Watch long-form videos and live streams and pick the moments with the most potential.
  • Edit them into polished vertical clips: aspect ratio, captions, pacing and any graphics the client's guide asks for.
  • Keep captions accurate, well-timed and formatted for each platform.
  • Follow each client's style guide and keep every channel consistent.
  • Export and upload clips in the right format, named and organized in Google Drive.
  • Manage up to 100 clips a month across clients, quality first.
  • Deliver on the dates in ClickUp and flag any risk early.
Requirements

What you need to have.

  • Senior-level short-form clipping experience with published examples.
  • Trading, finance or educational content experience is a big plus.
  • Clean vertical framing, captions and platform-native pacing.
  • Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro at a professional level.
  • Organized delivery without being chased.

  • Consistency across several clients at once.
  • You follow detailed guidelines and deliver without re-edits.
  • You flag problems early.
Pay and conditions

How you're paid.

$600 a month for up to 100 clips across all active clients.

Covers clipping, editing, captions and file delivery. Invoiced once a month.

Up to 6 to 7 active clients. Volume per client changes month to month.

You start with a paid trial from a real client video, then a short call.
