  • Your English is C1 or above.

Don't apply if any of these is true

  • You can't write and speak fluently in English.
  • You've never used AI tools for real work.
  • You only work by the hour and can't commit to finishing the day's work.

  • Your equipment is below the minimum above.

If you meet all of the above, keep reading.

The role

What you'll actually do.

Viral Bangers is a done-for-you YouTube agency for experts and personal brands who sell high-ticket offers. We plan, script, edit and publish long-form videos that bring in buyers, not just views. The team is small, fully remote and works to a high bar. This role is hands-on: you don't oversee the review process, you run it.

Responsibilities

  • Write complete production briefs from scratch for every format we make: long-form, Shorts, ads, VSLs and clips.
  • Build and maintain the team's SOPs, and be the person everyone asks about process.
  • Review every video before it reaches the client. Nothing ships with an error in it.
  • Handle creative feedback between clients and editors: notes, corrections and style.
  • Spot bottlenecks in production and fix them before they cause delays.
  • Run the review process on your own, without waiting for approval on every call.
  • Keep the daily pipeline moving, so nothing sits without a reason or a heads-up to the team.
Requirements

What you need to have.

  • Direct, checkable experience reviewing YouTube videos for creator channels or production agencies.
  • You can build production briefs and operating SOPs from nothing.
  • Working knowledge of video editing. You don't need to edit, but you need to know exactly what you're looking at.
  • English C1 or above. Most of the work happens in English.
  • Spanish isn't required. Tell us your level if you speak some.
  • Professional use of AI tools, with real examples.
  • Your own equipment: 16 GB of RAM or more, a processor from the last 4 years, 50 Mbps or faster.
  • Clear, direct writing. Everything is remote and mostly async.

What we look for

  • High energy. You see problems coming before they land.
  • When something breaks, you fix it and write down what happened before you escalate.
  • Honesty. If something won't be ready on time, you say so early.
  • You finish the day's work. Pay is monthly, not hourly.
  • You learn the workflow once and don't need to hear the same thing twice.
  • Real creative judgment: you can tell when a cut isn't working, visually or in the story.
  • You lead reviews without creating friction with the editors.
Pay and conditions

How you're paid.

Fixed monthly salary, paid in two installments a month.

Urgent work outside the normal scope is paid separately.
